Presidents Day - KUSF - 1983

This aught to keep you busy on the long weekend...

I am beginning to go through some old cassette tapes and record them to MP3. I used to record radio broadcasts. I paused during commercials and sometimes there are abrupt beginning and endings to tunes, along with awkward endings to DJ chatter.

I make no apologies for the recording quality, it is what it is. But I always particularly liked this set as it was a nice mix of music from that time period.

KUSF is a college radio station run out of the University of San Francisco. Still entertaining at times today.

Hi, just got round to listening. The version of "Ball of Confusion" is Red Rockers with Deborah Iyall of Romeo Void. Did you ever find out who did that wacky instrumental?

Paul,

Thanks for the update. The voice sounded awfully familiar. Now I know why.

No one has come forward with anything about that instrumental. Still trying to place it.
