Jimmy Smith - Who's Afraid of Virginia Wolf (1964)

Chiming in on the Hammond Organ Theme taking place over on the PCL, here is a little ditty by one of my favorite Jazz cats, Jimmy Smith.

I saw Jimmy Smith in a small club in Buffalo many moons ago. While we were waiting for the show to begin, Rick James and his entourage came in and sat at a large table next to us.

It was a great show in an intimate setting, all the more interesting with the Super Freak in the house.
